Faculty of Medicine Srinakharinwirot University Has used the SMART strategic plan as a plan. In management since fiscal year 2019 and has continuously adjusted the strategic plan. When I took on the position of Dean of the Faculty of Medicine from May 2023, I set out to develop and build on what we had started.
